I thought it was poorly cast...Amy with that deep, commanding voice? The professor as a young, unattractive man? And their father was a pale nonentity. Also their wardrobes made no sense for the poor March family. A different dress for every scene. And I didn't like all the carousing and fighting..NOT typical of young women of that era.
