I don’t understand why this got a 70 percent! I played this game all the way through 17 years ago and it was amazing! All the side quests and weapons and armor! I especially love the fact that you can recruit arms smiths that can manufacture better weapons and armor, you acquire there services by doing things in side quests to obtain there services! The different characters you can get in your team is great! I think people expected way too much out of this game! Loved the twist of events towards the end! Plus all of you new comers playing this game are judging a almost 20 year old game to todays standards! Seriously! So I hope the younger generation who grows up with virtual technology says the same thing about you ps4 ps5 brats!

I think the younger generation who grew up with modern day games shouldn’t be able to make reviews on old school video games unless they grew up in a home that taught them to appreciate the classic games that pioneered every game they play and enjoy today! Retro gaming isn’t for everyone, younger people are the same way with reviews on older movies because they have no grasp on what good screen writing and good script writing is! Younger script writers of today are terrible and unimaginative in thought, they maybe of the analytical mind able to improve old technology or original ideas but lack improvements in personal growth and developing there own original ideas and imagination; there is a very limited amount of young people that can come up with new original ideas! how they interact with each other that’s very digressive due to the disintegration of human contact and the increase of virtual reality! To create virtual reality one must not live there life in it, because the originators of these games grew up in real environments, and based there ideas off of reality! Live your whole life in someone else’s thoughts and ideas, your only living off of borrowed light!

Great game! If you were looking for something other than an old school side scroll beat em up then you have set yourself up for major disappointment! If you are not a child of the 80s or 90s then you probably have an increased biased view of what the game should have been! If you watched cobra Kai and expected a Spider-Man type adventure then you don’t understand old school video games and you didn’t grow up with them! Too many high expectations from modern gamers! This game is meant to be nostalgic and pay homage to the old school aesthetic, and although it follows the old school formula it really does a great job with new mechanics and fighting upgrades! Just hope miyagi is an unlockable character in the future and mike Barnes, and terry silver and the rest of the old school cobra Kai crew!
