My PAN Indian project building since decades made me to have Surveyor license under IRDA For the reason
1) To do industry related loss survey & earn
2) To re-engineer project for sustainability & conservation rather than waste resorces.
3) Thus re-insurance on such depleted but slavageable under regular maintenance vs insurance concept is my search rather only new and consume.
4) this is a search for such Capital assets re-servicing PAN-INDIA if not Global is my vision where Europe/US have such redundance to be serviced now on treaties unknown to us.
