Nope. The actors did their part really well, but the script wasn’t convincing enough to stand alongside The Conjuring series. There was only one decent jump scare. Not sure why they brought in the axe man. If Valak and Annabelle are a 10, this movie should be the starting point of that scale. Sorry. Disappointed. Even in the IMAX didn’t help.

Performances of the actors were good. Everything else is bad. No good storyline. No edge of the seat moments, no scary elements. Worst of all was the BGM. Too annoying and gives a mild headache to anyone watching. God I am glad it is over!

Ohh I loved it. Solid fun and greatly choreographed fights.

A good family entertainer. This is Dileep’s comeback movie.

Let the hype subside, and you’ll see why I gave it 2 stars. The 2 stars are for the cinematography and stunning visuals. Visuals 4/5 Action 2/5 Script 1/5 Story 1/5 Story line: Too much. Should have focused on one gang. Movie starts with 2 big gangs controlling the world but there’s no mention of them except at the end. Should have explored the Kabuga gang a bit more but it went on to play with Indian politics. Characters: AK’s Dialogues sounded like from stage drama. Should have wore a suite like proper Hollywood movies. Screaming villains were a thing of the past and the script and/direction missed here too.

Disappointing ending. A well written movie tried to be politically correct and got ruined at the end because of it. Kinda like marvels did to their movies. Direction, story line, visuals and performance are amazing. A must one time watch!

Watched in iMax and only my 4 year old daughter seemed to have enjoyed it. Story is weak. Villain is pathetic. That should speak volumes. Action sequence and CGI are good but we have seen them all already. By the way there were people leaving in the middle of the show, something I’d seen only in India and not in UK.

Must watch edge of the seat thriller. Loved it!

Loved it. Don’t miss it in theaters if you are a fan of brilliantly narrated, edge of the seat, jump scare films.
