I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Jake's performance was so gripping, it never once let me go. His facial acting is simply unbelievable. Abby and Emily got on my nerves a little with how repetitive they were, but I chalked it up to the confusion/shock they were feeling, and Jake did amazing playing off of the frustration of listening to them.
If dispatch operators have to handle incidents like this on the daily, it's no wonder they get PTSD and need mental support (the posters shown at the start of the movie seem really relevant by the end).
Highly recommended. (No, I didn't see the Danish version.)
