I can't think of any other malayalam movie which had the courage to portray social realities like this one. Some people criticize this work due to portrayal of nudity and a skewed sense of morality. In their world, a woman can never choose to be a prostitute, but its okay if the circumstances push her to be one. For this I quote Mohhammad Bijil, a character from the movie, "athum oru thozhil allee?" ("Prostitution is also a profession!"). Who are we to judge?. It is the very first profession in society. Congratulations to the whole team behind this work. Expecting more down to earth, realistic and bold movie experiences from the team.
