This book is AMAZING. I had a c-section, and I feel like this book gave me my sanity and health back. It's personable, yet serious and full of scientific facts that doctors NEVER tell us, although they get paid really well. Lots of awesome suggestions for how to bond with your baby too, which I think my baby and I really benefitted from. Great book. Priceless and well worth the price.
