This movie starts out with one agenda... exposing government collusion with mercenary contractors like Blackwater , and then changes gears , two thirds of the way through and becomes a sleazy murder mystery .
Russell Crowe and Jason Bateman both offer excellent performances but the story just doesnโt hold up .
Entertaining , but disappointing.
