Comedy? No. Dark? No. Couple of small laughs, probably not intended by the producer. Was drawn in by the premise but didn't deliver for me. Some bizarre plot lines, some barely explained and others contrived. The jangly discordant music that carried the movies in places was best muted.

Utterly utterly humourless. The voice of James Corden drags across your soul. Bad idea, terribly written, woefully acted and pointless in all respects. Other than the above i quite enjoyed it.
