Ellen “Sue” Stillman

We absolutely loved it. There were so many things to think about and discuss after. Hitler, evil, walls, looking at the truth, waiting till the right moment, slow tasteful love making of innocent young people, hope, despair, what art means to the world, exposing one’s truth, communism stifles creativity and people crave it...I could go on and on. The music was perfect, the photography and the timing amazing. We did not feel the three hours it took too tell the story. It was like a great book. The actors were skilled and played their parts perfectly. Thank you for such a great film discussing history, people and bringing it up to modern times with building a wall and what that does to people and their dreams. Shame on our president for suggesting this makes America great.
