Ijeoma Oluo makes the case for the systemic impact of #WhiteSupremacy being a path to mediocrity. Failure by white males is always protected, to the detriment of us all. Reform isn't the answer. So long as #WhiteSupremacy exists, it will protect white males who prevent change. It must be torn out by the roots and burned. A lot of hardship to contemplate but the alternative is the death of the biosphere. No joy there.
