I bought a jumper and less than a year later the stitches under the armpits came off, resulting in holes. I had only used it a handful of times and I never owned a jumper that had that issue, not even after years of using them. I sent them an email explaining and they said that the timeframe for returns have passed. Just a sorry and not even offered a discount or anything even though their product was poorly stitched up.
