This movie brings the very real issue of human trafficking and 21st century slavery to the forefront of the conversation. Why is so little being done to stop this? How are there not protest across america fighting against this? And finally, why is the media bashing this movie? I think the answer to all these questions have a very simple answer. It’s the same answer on why the only person spending time in jail in the Epstein case is a woman and no list of those involved in that case were brought to the public. Very high powerful people are major players in this billion dollar industry. What you do in the dark tells you who you really are and they don’t want the public to know who they are at the expense of children.
