Yes, at times it seems a bit far fetched. But that's not something we should focus on. Focus instead, on the creative liberty and how magnificently it plays out in the movie. Imgining the possibilities of the human brain and trying to portray the same in the form of a movie- that should the focus here. Enjoy this wild ride of a movie.
