I would rank it higher if it wasn't so goddamned expensive. Otherwise it's a pretty mediocre affair that doesn't hold up to its predecessor or other films based on the legend of Hua Mulan. It's more original than most of the other Disney remakes but to the point I almost wonder why they advertised it as "Disney's Mulan".
