Bogan host for a trash show. Hard pass.

Since the game went Free to Play the customer service is non existent if you’re not a subscriber but the irony is good luck getting a sub to work. If like me you are a Founder/Life time member of when the game went live way back 11 years ago and were inactive during the server and ea account merges three or fours years ago good luck getting any support to reactivate your account to resubscribe for a return to the game after a long hiatus as the account has become dead due to EA’s poor merging of accounts. Something as simple as updating payment information shouldn’t require jumping through multiple hurdles to try to fix a problem yourself only to then have to complete ten more hurdles to try to contact their non existent customer support to fix a billing problem for a clearly dead game outside of the hardcore EA fanboys and whales it’s clearly criminal behaviour and after this experience will refuse to support BW until they get rid of EA running the game or even supporting any new IP. Avoid at all costs ! Would have given it 5 stars 8 years ago. When the game had customer support but once the cash cow grabbers EA got their filthy hands on it the lack of CS support is absurd yet we still have people supporting this behaviour through buying things on the cartel market.
