I too enjoyed the movie. Clint Eastwood played 90 yr. old Earl to a T. A man with shortcomings as related to poor family or lack of family interactions, but yet he finally saw the error of his ways with relationships and he was forgiven. Yeah, he was racist, but so what. He is 90 yrs. old... and he didn't change with the time. He was raised that way, but without malice. He saved both his cartel escorts AND a cop, by showing his 'racist' attitude. Great Movie! He went to prison in 2005 as a 90 yr.old and continued to care for his beloved Day Lillies. I give it a 5 star rating.
