I watched this with my daughter and we both loved it! It was so rich about the coming of age, the relationships between mothers and daughters, and the suppression of women’s power. Beautifully crafted in true Pixar fashion. I can see how any man would have a hard time relating to it because the movie shows the power of women and men are threatened by it. Very hard to find a man that sees the power in women’s emotions, but it is true that women do amazing things for love of family.
