The attempt to make the show more dark & mysterious by utilizing low light & shadows failed. When it is to dark to watch.... even on a high end TV, tablet or phone it is just not worth the effort and strain on the eyes.

If woke/liberal or trying to hard for equality movies are your thing...this sci-fi story had a chance to be told between the other messages. Definitely could have done a better job.
Clearly Netflix has been letting producers practice, I hope it proves fruitful & we get good content again soon.
