Another great epic. The final fight scene is probably too much, but overall a great movie

The movie starts well when investigating the mother son relationship in humourless style, but descends into a messy Hollywood embarrassment. Why the feel they have to portray middle age woman as unhinged drunks who are unhappy, trying to behave like teenagers and incapable of managing emotions is really poor. If women aspire to that, no wonder they struggle for gender equality. I wish this could have explored women who have a life, who have some self worth and not as m”others” who need their sons to rescue their lives.
