I'm sorry to the ones that were ready to enjoy an Ant-man movie come back, but this movie was the most unoriginal and unsatisfying movie out of the MCU. This movie (told from a 13-year-old pov) was an absolute disappointment to watch since the plot didn’t make any sense at all because of its disorganized scenes and little to no effort for the antagonist fight scenes.
I also feel like this movie can work on the character development of Ant-man becoming a better superhero than one would expect him to be. If he were to cause himself to be trapped in the quantum realm as a sacrifice, and in the end be better known, then that would be great in content.
On a different note, this movie did make the theme very known for Scott and his family’s strong connection to each other, but this movie is either gonna be liked for the excellent family connections or hated for the lack of content of other things besides family. I also did like how the movie brought back Darren (the antagonist from the first movie) but I was not a big fan of the way he died.
I know that a lot of fans (or just people who wanted to see it) will disagree with me, but I hope some of those who disagree will at least try to understand where I am coming from and see how much more potential THE THIRD MOVIE OF ANTMAN could have been.
