honestly awful. ive reflected over it for a few days, and all i can say is that the beginning and ending was good. everything in between?… not so much. the characters felt plain and stiff, like they’re caricatures meant to serve the plot. the mc, eric, was plain with no personality. he lacked depth, emotion, and flair. his relationship choices were questionable as well, but i know thats just for the plot. the pacing and style was confusing and generally kept building and building up to… nothing?? then the build up would go again… and again…. and again… you get the point. tldr- very stiff characters whose only purpose is to serve the plot. plain emotionless boring shallow mc and terrible relationships. writing and pacing were extremely rushed and drawn out, but not impactfully or tastefully. 1/5, wish i could give it a 0. waste of time.
