On this day, the 21st, filled with much hope and waking to a day at least temporarily freed of the dread we have lived under for 4 years, Meghan McCain still retains the ability to darken the moment. I wonder if at any time at all....ever....she considers herself to be anything in life before she puffs out her chest and says "Republican". Maybe mother first? Spouse, daughter, citizen? No evidence of any of that. What a drag on this show. The others, I mostly enjoy and love.
