The story runs at a snail's pace and the gratuitous sex heavily detract from the narrative. You're not watching Dune, you're watching a soap opera set in the Dune Universe.

Not a terrible movie, but it felt so forced that it was hard to enjoy. I'm not sure where the creative mindset was behind this, but it did not play out well. About half way through, it just gets tedious and boring.

Instead of a rant, here's a list: -Price is bs for what is nothing more than a remastered game. -Premium mods are ridiculous -Map releases are already delayed by months and they aren't even half way. -PC version crashes -PS version has an issue with bugs destroying save data -Due to delays in development, events aren't even a thing right now. Hard pass unless it's on sale.

First seasons are easily 4 stars, but the last season was trash. Half of the time they were pushing personal drama in a very unrealistic way and it really distracted from the main plot.

Reading the bad reviews it's clear people are either too mentally active to just enjoy a movie or too stupid to handle more than one plot. These are not the kind of movies to take that seriously. I was worried it was going to be as tragic as the Hocus Pocus sequel, which was terrible in my opinion, but Beetlejuice Beetlejuice was a great continuation of the original.

I'm giving 3-stars for several reasons. First, the flashback episodes were clearly injected as filler and giving obvious information out of order of the events is such a hack attempt at creating an interested story. Second, the constant need to harken back to Wandavision, which I hated, added no value to the story and seemed like it was only there for branding. Third, Agatha's character went from a wink-wink referencing acting styles through out the ages to just be an outright cartoon version of herself. Fourth, in a world of literally infinite magical possibilities, we are still hung up on the most important thing a woman can do is become a mother. ChatGPT could have written a more interesting story.

Three stars because it was well made, but felt like the movie was made solely for the gratuitous fight scenes and the rest was just to say it had a plot. It's hard to describe how utterly boring blood splatter became. Great cast though.

3/5 is extremely generous, so I gave it 2/5. The acting was good and the cinematography was good. However, the whole premise was trash. Literally just Omen. There was nothing in terms of dialogue to enjoy and 40 minutes in I exclaimed "when is this over?" It's like an AI wrote a movie about a religious cult and that was the end of it.

You have to be along for the ride on this one. If you're observant enough and listen to the obvious queues, you can easily predict what's going to happen; however, I believe that was intentional and part of the fun. There is a fair amount of poking fun at the predictable nature of movies, in general. Acting on all fronts was good and the writing was decent.

I wrestled with 3 or 4 stars. The acting is 4/5 and the graphics are 4/5. However, the writing is 2/5 and the plot is a 2/5. The only humor is the concept of an AI cussing, which isn't that funny for a program made to seem human. The plot is literally hero doesn't trust AI, but has to rely on AI to survive and overcomes their issues to achieve a perfect sync at the 11th hour. It's is disgustingly cliche and basic. I honestly think it was a waste of time.
