Be prepared for an amazing, wonderful, enlightening, educational read! This book fell off the shelf, whilst looking for a cookbook. A dear friend once shared her wisdom; "if a book falls from the shelf, there are Universal energies at work." This book came home with me. I read it slowly, diligently and reread many parts and pages again. I practiced some of the methods added, which supported my own healing. Jessica wrote this book for many people, but, I feel inspired with her teaching and that she wrote the book for me. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. A great, well researched find, a gem to read, especially since we all live with a nervous system that is intricate and amazingly well put together. You won't be disappointed.
