A must watch! Huma Qureshi s acting skills at her best. ( Got a feel of Vidya from "Tumhari Sulu" ) Sharib Hashmi acting is not an unknown; considering his brilliant performance in "Family Man" which cannot be missed. Other actors have also done their part well but these two are at their career best! Tarla ( Produced by the Tiwari couple - Nitesh and Ashwini Iyer) Vs Bawaal ( Directed by Tiwari couple - Nitesh and Ashwini Iyer) My two cents for Tarla for the writing, direction ( Piyush Gupta) and acting! Bawaal story being little too deep / vague owing world war 2 relation attempted ;though novel but not impressive enough. Good heartwarming movie!

Writing a review for a movie of 1991 ,after almost three decades is itself a proof of the movies life time success. I would have watched this movie minimum 15 times since childhood till now.One of the cult movies of its time. Brilliant acting by Aamir, scene by scene expressions of sarcasm, romance, naughtiness, happiness ,sadness, jealousy all expressed well in his style. Also to be appreciated is the Father-Daughter bonding of Pooja and Anupam, very well scripted , Kudos! Jitni baar bhi dekh lo.. Dil hai ki maanta nahi.. (journey of this movie into our hearts 🥰 is never ending)
