Went into this expecting it to be as terrible as everyone was saying, turns out people are just so dramatic, it was a good film. It wasn’t the stereotypical zombie movie with big loud jump scares and women being brutalized repeatedly. It was more artistic, with enjoyable characters and scares. Obviously it isnt going to be just like the first movie, since.. y’know.. it’s 28 years later.. I thought the characters were interesting and had depth, I thought the infected were scary and unique. It was just a good movie.
