I was hooked from episode one of The Acolyte. I think this story was so compelling, and it was such an interesting perspective to show the Jedi not as an all-powerful people, but as people capable of error. I loved Amandla’s portrayal as Mae and Osha and the way she showed the gray area between good and bad. Manny Jacinto I want you so bad. What an AMAZING villain. The show’s main problems are due to the pacing and number of episodes/episode length, which I think could be amended with a season 2. I’d love to see what else this story has in store.
