I’ll start off by saying I’m not a prude and I have to watch my language. But if I were to say what happened in the first 10 minutes of the movie it would be that f*** was repeated probably well over 100 times. And that’s all of the movie we could handle. We gave it a fair chance for character establishment & setting up the plot, but it was just too much. I figured there would be a few f bombs scattered through out, but this was way past excessive. This movie had real potential for a wide range of viewers which would have resulted in more money for everyone. It's sad that writers think that this word is how everyday people express all forms of emotion. The studios need to start hiring writers that have a working knowledge of the English language, have taken at least 1 creative writing course in their lives, and can come up with at least 3 different words that can be used instead of f***. Maybe the movie got better, but we couldn't even get through the alley scene in the beginning of the movie. Maybe the studio should pull the movie, redo this stuff and rerelease it with huge fanfare, admitting they listened to consumers & they were wrong. That would be magical PR & such a win-win-win for everybody involved. And if they do I expect my royalty check to be made out to me. Nah, that'll never happen.
