Terrible, Mario has always been one of those games it's fun for the whole family, sad the film is focused purely on children. Some good actors voicing the film so got excited but it was terrible, story line was very flat and predictable. The only thing that was somewhat good about it was the animation, other than that it was pretty rubbish. Wish we didn't bother.
