I’m not going to rate this film Women Talking. I don’t know how you can make a film of women, with all different personalities, talking in a hayloft about whether to ‘stay’, ‘stay and fight’ or to ‘leave’ the colony, captivating. It’s a slow moving film. It’s also very dark, filmed in low light, or made to give it a look of low light. You will have to give it your own personal evaluation. For me it was just too dark, I don’t like darkness; I also found it boring and couldn’t wait for it to end. But still, I think it’s an important topic. // It wouldn’t let me post my comment without giving it a star rating. I don’t want to do a star rating for this movie, I just wanted to leave a comment. So I gave it a three star rating - it not what I would rate it, it’s just a rating because it’s required to do so.
