I’m sorry I really expected more, it didn’t capture my heart. Actors were competent but storyline was lacking, it was shallow with no depth, needed more character development, I just didn’t connect the emotions for the majority of the movie.. early jet li scene with young Mulan was the most pulling — I was also a girl whose father set may rules against— everything else needed more time .. blink and everyone’s virtues change at the drop of a hat.
