I am an indigenous American. My Grandparents are blackfeet from Canada. I have been searching for years about my heritage. I have just recently found the origin of their last name's and I came across the Indian relocation schools. I could not believe or understand what I was watching and then it became clear to me. My Grandparents were taken and the suffering I don't even want to imagine. I am going to read more of these books. How do I find my ancestors? I have to know about my Indian heritage it haunts me and I need answers. Thank you Maryann j Koentop
