I have never left a review on a film before but for this I had too. I feel I have been baited by this film. The film was genuinely good at creating suspense and seeing the perspectives of different intelligence's. This is the only reason for the two star. The film gave us half a story like they just got bored of writing. I understand some writers like to leave the audience hanging but this was taken to then next level, almost seeming like they just ran out of money. They mention the ICBM potentially malfunctioning unfortunately you’ll never know. They also mention they don’t know who sent the strike, which you also don’t get a conclusion to. They mention the president striking back which once again you don’t have a conclusion to. This is a potentially great story with no true ending and I can’t lie I’m pretty sad I just watched radar screens for two hours to not see an explosion.
