Brilliant album. Without a doubt Vince Staples best, most consistent work. Production by NO ID, the producing MENTOR of Kanye West. Put that into perspective. Vince addresses familiar topics of violence, drugs, and relationship quarrels but with unique, multi-rhyme flows, passionate vocals, and consistently top notch beats that morph throughout most songs. Just listen with an open mind and relisten multiple times; there are songs on here I used to skip that I now love. Sometimes it takes time for our ears to adjust to new sounds. But there’s also songs I instantly loved, which is most of them. To say this album is underrated is an understatement. I’m a hip hop connoisseur, and this in my top 10 AOT. Aii I’m done now lol, hope ppl tune in.
