GRAYHOUND TOTALLY BURNT ME. AFTER ORDERING AND PAYING $276.98 FOR A ROUNDTRIP TICKET AND GETTING A CONFOMATION NUMBER AND GOING TO PICK UP TICKET, AND GRAYHOUND SENDING ME 3 EMAILS TELLING ME TO GET READY FOR MY TRIP. AFTER THEY TOOK (STOLE) MY MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. GET A UBER RIDE THIS MORNINGS 2 HOURS BEFORE BUS TO DEPARTURE, GOING TO FLA AFTER MAKING APPOINTMENTS THERE AND ARRANGING RIDES IN FLA AND VISIT FRIENDS . UPON BOARDING THE BUS .... DRIVER SAID TICKETS WERE CANCELED AND GET OFF THE BUS AND GO INSIDE AND HAVE A VALID TICKET REPRINTED. THEN THE BUS TOOK OFF, THEY WOULDN'T ISSUE ME ANOTHER TICKET, THEY WANTED ME TO BUY ANOTHER TICKET ! I ALREADY PAID $276.98 AND OTHER EXPENSES I COULDN'T AFFORD ANOTHER $276.98 AND I WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 14 DAYS TO RECEIVE A REFUND THROUGH MY BANK. AFTER TALKING TO THE RUID CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE , WENT HOME SPENDING ANOTHER $26.09 ON AN UBER RIDE SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA ONLINE CHAT AND STILL COULDN'T FIND OUT WHY MY TICKET WAS CANCELED, AND WAS TOLD AGAIN TO "JUST" PURCHASE ANOTHER TICKET AS IF I WAS JUST MADE OF MONEY. SO IM OUT OVER $350.00 WORTHLESS TICKETS HAD TO CANCEL MY APPOIMENTS AND DISAPPOINTE MY FRIENDS. AND GRAYHOUND MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT ! I GUESS IT KINDA WAS FOR TRUSTING GRAYHOUND FOR A RIDE. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN GRAYHOUND A NEGATIVE -10 STARS I WOULD HAVE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GRAYHOUND NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITHOUT EVEN BEING ABLE TO EVEN BOARD THE BUS.
AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER ! WHAT HAPPENED TO GRAYHOUND. I WILL BE WRITING MORE REVIEWS ON YELP AND OTHER COMPANIES TO LET OTHERS KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED MY GRAYHOUND !
