Very meh. Really interesting first half, complete dumpster fire second half. Barely passes 3 stars. Added way to many story arcs and didn't pay any of them off or were rushed and poorly done. Loses all continuity and the writing was very weak. All the actors just seemed like the only thing that mattered was the check and none of them put forth any effort except Ortega, Dafoe, and Conti (Dafoe and Conti did superb with the crap they were handed. Ortega's role was the only thing that was written well). The movie had no spirit.

This movie was a lot of fun. Glen Powell is becoming one of my favorite actors.

A bit cheesy and too much C G I at the beginning But then it turned into a really well written story and Millie. Bobby brown definitely has shown some acting growth.

I can't give it thumbs up or thumbs down. The casting just couldn't pull it off the way I had hoped they would. There was way too much hype so there were big expectations, but it just was... Okay. Following infinity war would be hard on any mcu movie that would be the next in line. There was just SO much in that movie so the bar was too high for CM. I'm not saying it was bad, but there wasn't any part that just stuck out. The 90s references were cool. The story had to be told for End Game to happen, just wish CM had more pop.

I don't see how a better nod to the movies can be made on TV. Everything feels like I'm watching one of the movies from the silent fights to the moving cameras. The storyline is very enthralling.
