Change of pace seeing chief without his helmet but it showed why they decide not to go with Steve Downes from the games or Alex Puccinelli from halo forward on to dawn. I like that it’s not a real origin story and is tackling the UNSCs fight not only with the Covenant but the war with the colonists. I would like to see that explored a little more. I am excited to see how the story progresses with Chiefs memories and kwan and the internal struggles inside of the UNSC with ONI Halsey and Keyes. Only 1 episode in but love the action and I’m excited to see what’s next.
