As a retired federal agent I read Connelly for its accuracy regarding police and court procedures. But in this book I found a glaring error.
While Haller was in Federal court, the narrator kept referring to the prosecutor as the DA (district attorney) or as the AG (attorney general).
These are terms used in State court. In Federal court, the prosecutor is the USA (US Attorney) or more often the AUSA (assistant US
Attorney).
Also NEVER would a county prosecutor roll into Federal Court and play prosecutor , as Maggie McFierce did.
