The Plano, Texas movers were kind and considerate. Based on over 40 years of moving, however, administratively, this is the worst moving company I have ever worked with. I was falsely charged and when I brought the details to the attention of the manager, he said he would correct. He did not, and the additional 15% which was simply false charges, must fund his weekend. The company charges false labor which is definitely a fraudulent criminal act. So, when a company supports false charges or intentionally misrepresents work it is considered financial fraud and is actually a financial crime punishable by time in prison if convicted. This is where All My Sons managers and owners will contemplate their unethical practices and taking advantage of customers by stealing. I give them a five star for executing white collar crimes. How shameful.
