Been playing for a couple of hours and it's just awful. The driving feels like you're on rails and yet it's infuriatingly difficult. So unsatisfying. If you're interested in a good open world heist game, the 7 year old GTA V still holds up spectacularly well. If you want a good racer, it's got to be Gran Turismo or Forza. This is simply tripe, I'm glad I got it for free with PS plus.
