The Rise of Skywalker is my least favorite Star Wars movie and the only one I haven't rewatched. For one thing, Kylo Renn was supposed to be the main villain of the trilogy, but because of some unknown reason, Palpetine is alive. They don't even explain how. Also, how come we're just now hearing about this? You'd think this is something they'd mention earlier in the trilogy, but I guess not because JJ Abrams didn't have a plan. Another problem I have with this movie is that it feels completely disconnected from The Last Jedi. I get that The Last Jedi wasn't the most well liked Star Wars movie, but this is still the way they decided to take Star Wars. This movie also has the dumbest twist in the history of cinema: Hux is a spy for the Resistance. I suppose if you just watch that movie, it's not that dumb of a twist. However, if you watch the first two movies in the sequel trilogy, you'll see how dumb it truly is. Hux was like a red-headed Hitler. I could go on and on about all of the movie's problems, but let's get to the few good things about this movie. For one thing, I thought the visuals were pretty good in this movie. For another thing, C-3PO is funny in this movie. Most of the time, I found him to be annoying, but I found him to be likeable in this movie. That's all I have to say about this movie.
