Very well directed, well written and keeps you engaged. The art direction, the camera angles and the vibe are very similar to Revenant with Leo. Pretty heavy on the violence, even for myself who likes gritty westerns. Just pure carnage and the wildest of wests I have seen on screen. Not the easiest of viewings. It’s like they took the bear scene from the Revenant and stretched it out over the whole series with similar visceral events involving humans every 5-10 minutes. Viewing discretion advised.
