Just do not understand why this is rated so highly. I was unimpressed from the start and it did not improve. I know it's a fantasy but it has to make some sense. The plot holes were enormous and half of it was just a historical cooking competition. There was not much chemistry between the leads as she did not seem to reciprocate his feelings until nearly the end as she was more interested in the food than him. The rushed ending was laughable. How did he get to the present day and arrive in modern dress with no money or identity and then just explain it by saying 'it's a secret'. That saved the writers having to come up with an ending that made sense, Why did I bother to stick with it.......one reason........Lee Chae Min. Let's hope the success of this gets him something better to work with next. He was wasted here.

Love Jung Hae In but could not finish even for him. It was promising for the first 4 episodes but then just got boring as the FL was anoying and flip flopped between the two male leads hurting both of them because she could not make up her mind what she wanted. She did not seem to have much personality and the chemistry with JHI was flat with no real spark. It just kept rehashing the same ground and really dragged. I skipped quickly to the end just to see if she ever decided what she actually wanted.

Strange but beautiful and very poignant. A lot of how the Wonderland system came to be or how it worked was not explained but I do not think that was the point of the film. It was much more about coping with grief and loss. The cast performances were amazing and I was not a fan of Park Bo Gum until I saw this. He played the part of two completely different characters, from before his coma and after his awakening and was utterly convincing as both. I have always been a fan of Tang Wei and Bae Suzy and they did not dissapoint. It left a lot unexplained such as who exactly Gong Woo's character was but on the whole I loved it even though I needed the tissues.
