I am an Elvis fan by the way. I think this was a worthy attempt to tell the Evis story in a unique way via Tom Parker and Bas Luhrman. I've never seen any of Bas' films before and he does have a style all his own. Remember this is just a movie not a documentary. I wish there was more character development in the first half though.
