Europe stands as a massive social experiment, namely unchecked mass migration of economic migrants under the guise of refugees, from North Africa and the Middle East cheered on by politicians of the left, their bureaucrats and a complicit media. Those who pointed out the flaws in this project were closed down and discredited but over time the sheer numbers of people coming into Europe helped by a borderless Europe was obvious to everyone and problems of housing them, finding them jobs and assimilation woke up even the politicians who had driven the experiment like the saintly Angela Merkel. The truth is that the largely Muslim migrant intake will never assimilate and as their numbers grow Europe will no longer be Europe and Europeans will no longer feel at home in their own countries. And the bad news is that the process seems unstoppable.
