Good storyline on its own but it doesn't really follow Agatha Christie's story. For example, many of the characters are completely different (Salome Otterbourne is a writer in the book, not a musician and her daughter is shy as can be, not assertive as she is in the film). I appreciate the representation they have included but unfortunately it is a bit of an anachronism as hardly any POC would have been higher class in the 1930s and would definitely have experienced more racism than they do in the film. They have also cut several of the really good characters such as Colenel Race and Furguson (who they repalced with Mrs Van Scheuler who in the book is extremely privileged). As I said, it is a good story on its own but should not be claimed as a true to book adaptation of Agatha Christie's work.
