Dreadful, just dreadful. Even the fine cast cannot save this alleged WW2 movie. Obviously not a serious wartime movie, it's cheesy and inoffensive but not worth the time.

Not good enough Netflix. Great cast - big names - yet such a poor script, naff direction and consequently poorly executed .Potentially the storyline should have driven a very watchable movie but no wonder it's on Netflix. Cinema audiences would have walked out. A real pity....

I have finally washed my hands of this series. It has lost all credibility. I've watched all previous series, each and every episode, enjoying the forensic science and forgiving the grim autopsies to deduce the fellons. I began to even forgive the 'tick box' nature of the casting in the last few series but now the storylines have become the purest nonsense, incomprehensible at worst, plain confusing at best. I feel sorry for the two main, excellent actors, who surely must be questioning the scripts, otherwise they are as delusional as the writers and production team. Time is now up for this title, time to put it out of its misery and please no need for a autopsy, just cremate it and soon.
