Just returned from seeing this new version. Overall enjoyed it but having seen every version and read the book many many times, I was able to follow as the constant skipping from different aspects in time would be very confusing. Meg was unbelievable and poorly acted by Emma Watson. She became the "spoilt brat" rather than Amy. Teddy was poorly cast as appeared far to young and immature for this huge role. Meryl Streep was an excellent Aunt March and Jo stole the show. Absolutely amazing. In fact it was really all about Jo March. However a great depiction of that era in time and told the story well. This is written by John Marshall's wife btw. He has never seen it!!
