After Mary left the show, I stopped watching for a few seasons. I've just come back to it because I love the manner in which the Brits "compete" against one another. It is so civilized and sweet. Not cut-throat like similar American baking competition shows. It feels wonderful watching sponges, biscuits, breads and patisserie being made in such a lovely setting. I miss the original cast tremendously, but do like Paul and Prue together. Cheers!
